► Biografía de Eels

'Eels' es una banda de rock de Estados Unidos formada en 1995 por el cantante y compositor Mark Oliver Everett, mejor conocido como Mr. E o simplemente E, quien es el líder de la banda. El resto de los miembros, cambian frecuentemente ya sea para grabaciones en estudio como para las presentaciones en vivo.

A pesar de ser hijo de un reconocido científico norteamericano (Hugh Everett III), Mark Oliver no mostró ningún tipo de talento para las ciencias. Más bien fue influenciado por su hermana, quien tocaba piano. Así fue que, desde adolescente, E se inclinó a la música, llegando luego a conformar una de las bandas alternativas más relevantes.
